We are looking for experienced Cherry Picker / Order Picker (Class 2) operators to join a high-tech manufacturing and logistics hub in Cambridge, Ontario. In this role, you aren’t just moving boxes—you are a vital link in the North American automotive supply chain, ensuring high-quality parts reach customers with speed and safety.
Position: Cherry Picker Forklift Operator
Location: Cambridge, Ontario
Multiple Shifts Available:
- 1. Day Shift: Mon-Fri: 8:00am - 4:30pm
- 2. Afternoon Shift: Mon-Fri: 3:15pm - 11:45pm
Pay: $23/hr

Responsibilities
Your Day-to-Day Impact:
- Precision Handling: Operate Class 2 Order Pickers to receive, stock, and organize automotive parts with care.
- Human-Robot Collaboration: Work alongside new robotic order-picking machines and use automated packing systems.
- Inventory Flow: Prepare shipments for distribution and maintain accurate inventory movements.
- Safety Leadership: Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintain a spotless, organized workspace.
- Team Synergy: Collaborate with supervisors to smash daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
What You Bring to the Team:
- Certification: A valid external Forklift License (Cherry Picker or Order Picker Class 2).
- Experience: Proven track record in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Safety First: Must own CSA-approved steel-toed boots and a passion for workplace safety.
- Reliability: Consistent availability for your chosen shift and reliable transportation to the Cambridge site.
- Drive: A results-focused attitude and the ability to handle specialized car parts with precision.
