Senior Backend Developer (C#/.NET) – Revenue Operations SaaS

Our client is a global software development leader specializing in high-scale data synchronization and revenue-critical workflows. They are seeking a motivated Senior Backend Developer to join their engineering team. In this role, you will help evolve a mature, enterprise-grade platform that powers the relationship engines of some of the world’s largest and most complex organizations.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will design, build, and maintain the backend services that power the core synchronization platform. You will:
Build & Maintain: Develop reliable, well-tested code for a core platform handling massive data volumes.
Solve Complex Problems: Tackle performance, scalability, and data consistency challenges head-on.
Collaborate: Work cross-functionally with Product, QA, and customer-facing teams to resolve real-world enterprise issues.
Mentor & Lead: Raise the technical bar through thoughtful code reviews, mentoring, and pragmatic decision-making.
Modernize: Contribute to ongoing architectural cleanups and platform upgrades to ensure long-term system health.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
4+ years of professional experience building backend systems using C#/.NET.
System Design: Strong fundamentals in OOP and experience working with data-heavy, distributed systems.
Production Savvy: Experience debugging and operating production systems at scale (not just building greenfield projects).
Technical Stack: Comfort working with APIs, complex databases, and distributed services.
Communication: Ability to explain technical tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus Points For:
Experience with modern .NET versions (.NET 6/8+).
Ownership of CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to large-scale data sync or CRM integration platforms.
