Pay & Schedule
Wage: $25.00 / hour

Schedule: 12-Hour Continental Shift (2 days on, 2 nights on, 4 days off!)
Your Daily Routine (50/50 Split)
50% Forklift Driving: Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to move inventory into push-through racking and complete basic tracking paperwork.
50% Physical Labor: Manually move equipment, materials, and handle 45-gallon drums (tipping and rolling) across the floor.
Requirements
Forklift License: Valid Sit-down Counterbalance license with at least 1 year of experience.
Physical Fitness: Able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, and handle heavy physical labor.
Work Environment: Comfortable working in a dynamic industrial setting that can get warm in the summer and dusty.
Transportation: Must have reliable personal vehicle for work as job site is outside of Edmonton
Safety & Gear Requirements
PPE: Willing to wear full safety gear daily, including a full-face respirator, fire-resistant coveralls, chemical gauntlets, a hard hat, and hearing protection.
Chemical Comfort: Comfortable working around industrial chemicals (WHMIS training is provided).
Mindset: A strict, safety-first attitude.
Advantages
Shift : 12 hour continental shift, 2 days, 2 nights
Wage: $25
Overtime: Available and required based on production needs.
Responsibilities
Packaging & Weighing: Use scales to accurately fill, label, and prepare packaging materials for current and upcoming shifts.
Storage & Inventory: Clean packaged products, coordinate with shipping/receiving for proper storage locations, and ensure inventory areas are clear.
Quality & Sampling: Take samples of finished products for testing, and properly mark and dispose of any damaged goods.
Safety & Maintenance: Keep your workspace clean and organized, participate in weekly toolbox talks, and strictly follow all workplace safety regulations.
Qualifications
PPE Compliance: Must be willing and able to wear all required safety gear, including steel-toed boots, coveralls, safety glasses, and a full-face respirator.
Teamwork & Flexibility: Open to cross-training, active participation in health and safety initiatives, and handling other general duties (like housekeeping) as assigned.
Strong Communication: Able to provide timely feedback to supervisors regarding any production issues.
Licensing & Certification: Valid Class 5 driver's license and forklift experience required.
Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Safety Compliance: Must be clean-shaven (for respirator fit) and completely comfortable working around and with chemicals.
