Ready to hit the ground running? We are looking for experienced Dock Workers to join a high-volume transportation and freight facility right here in Calgary. If you know how a busy cross-dock operates and want a steady Monday-to-Friday routine, this is the spot for you. Paying $21.00 to $22.00 an hour (based on your experience), we have both Day shifts and Afternoon shifts available—you choose the schedule that fits your life.

To succeed here, you need to come directly from a transportation or freight background. We need someone who knows LTL (Less Than Truckload) and FTL (Full Truckload) procedures like the back of their hand. You need confident Counterbalance forklift skills and the physical drive to step off the machine and hand-bomb freight when the dock gets busy.

Responsibilities
Safely load, unload, and stage both LTL and FTL freight for daily dispatch.
Operate a Sit-Down Counterbalance forklift to move pallets quickly and safely across a busy dock.
Step off the machine to hand-bomb and stack boxes (weighing up to 50 lbs) to build solid, secure pallets for transport
Manage cross-docking workflows to keep up with tight transportation schedules.
Use handheld RF scanners to accurately track inbound and outbound shipments.
Qualifications
1+ years of experience specifically in a transportation, freight, or cross-dock environment.
Must have a strong, proven background handling LTL and FTL procedures.
Valid Counterbalance Forklift certification or strong, verifiable experience.
Must have your own reliable car (this location is NOT transit accessible).
Ready to start immediately on either the day or overnight shift.
