Requirements
Responsibilities
• Execute daily order picking and packing with 100% accuracy to meet shipping deadlines.
• Oversee and coordinate all daily inbound and outbound shipments within the manufacturing facility.
• Schedule shipments with various couriers and freight carriers to ensure timely delivery.
• Create and manage essential shipping documentation, including Bill of Lading (BOL), packing slips, and waybills.
• Maintain organized records of all transactions within the manufacturing & logistics tracking system.
• Inspect incoming goods for damages or discrepancies and report them to management.
• Collaborate with the production team to prioritize outgoing orders based on client needs.
• Ensure the shipping area remains clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely to move materials and prepare pallets for transport.
• Monitor inventory levels of shipping supplies and communicate replenishment needs.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Shipper, Shipping Clerk, or in a similar manufacturing & logistics role.
• Expert knowledge of shipping documentation, specifically creating a Bill of Lading (BOL).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Proficiency in logistics software and basic Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with couriers and internal departments.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Keen attention to detail to prevent shipping errors and inventory inaccuracies.
• Problem-solving mindset to navigate logistics delays or documentation issues.
