Responsibilities
Safely operate heavy automated assembly, stamping presses, and robotic welding machinery to produce automotive components.
Monitor cycle times and ensure raw parts are loaded quickly and correctly into the machine beds.
Perform automated and visual quality checks on finished automotive parts using go/no-go gauges and fixtures.
Actively participate in shift handovers, reporting any tooling wear or mechanical defects to the maintenance team.
Qualifications
2 years of experience operating heavy production machinery, preferably in an automotive assembly or heavy industrial plant.
High comfort level working in a loud, fast-paced, and physically demanding production environment.
Full flexibility to work rotating continental shifts (rotating days/nights, 12-hour schedules).
Unmatched focus on personal and team safety protocols on a busy production floor.
