For a document archiving company, as an Imaging Specialist you will play a pivotal part in the lifecycle of sensitive client documents. This position is about much more than just scanning; it’s about ensuring the seamless and accurate transition of paper archives to a digital format, guaranteeing data integrity, quality and accessibility for our clients.

You'll work with cutting-edge scanning equipment and proprietary software, applying stringent procedures to maintain chain of custody and confidentiality. This role requires a high degree of precision in document handling, technical aptitude in operating imaging systems, and sharp attention to detail in data indexing and quality assurance.
Your daily workflow will involve extensive document preparation—a process that is foundational to successful digitization—followed by high-volume scanning, and meticulous digital quality control. Your expertise will directly support the company’s commitment to providing best-in-class records management and digital solutions. Joining this team as an Imaging Specialist means contributing to the efficiency and security of major organizational records.

Monday to Friday: 2.30Pm to 11PM

Responsabilités
What the imaging specialist will do:
- Document Preparation: Sort, organize, and prep paper files for mass scanning, including removing staples and clips while strictly maintaining document order and sequence.
- Scanning and Operation: Operate and maintain high-speed scanning equipment and associated software to execute the high-volume digitization of physical records.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous digital quality control (QC) checks to ensure all high-resolution images meet required standards, and perform rescans when necessary.
- Data Management: Perform accurate data indexing (data entry) to capture and enter key metadata, making the newly digitized files searchable and organized.
- Compliance and Security: Strictly adhere to all security protocols, center guidelines, and client-specific handling requirements to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Workflow Support: Accurately complete all production documentation, track performance metrics, and collaborate with the team to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
To excel as a Imaging Specialist you must possess a strong blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills:
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, error-free work in a high-volume setting.
• Proven ability to handle and process sensitive documents with the utmost confidentiality and care.
• Proficient in basic computer operations, including data entry (indexing) and familiarity with various software applications and operating systems.
• Mechanical aptitude for operating and basic troubleshooting of office or specialized scanning equipment.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently in a production environment.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a Manufacturing & Logistics team within a Randstad Operational framework.
• High level of stamina and dexterity for repetitive tasks, including sorting, bending, and light lifting (up to 25 lbs).
