*** On-site, Monday through Friday in Ottawa ***
*** 12 month contract to start ***
*** Full Time contract, 37.5 hours a week ***
Advantages

Responsibilities
•Receive goods for the ITS Data Centre Operations (DC Ops) team.
•Record hardware details in SAP and initiate goods receipt.
•Perform asset tagging of hardware as required.
•Update hardware records in ServiceNow (e.g., serial numbers, states, etc.).
•Pack and ship hardware to alternate locations as needed.
•Support DC Ops with inventory management in the stockroom.
•Manage hardware destruction and/or recycling as required.
•Liaise with vendors regarding discrepancies or issues.
•Collaborate with team members and subject-matter experts to identify gaps and opportunities.
•Serve as a liaison with partners when appropriate.
•Perform other related activities and deliverables as required.
Qualifications
•University degree or college diploma in business administration or a related field.
•Minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience as a IT Asset business analyst or receiving analyst.
Additional Qualifications
•Experience with ServiceNow, SAP, and/or SharePoint Online.
•Proven experience working with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.
