Position: Learning and Development Specialist

Responsibilities
Partners with key business contacts and RBC Learning colleagues to understand product, process, and system initiatives and their impact on employee learning needs. Conducts needs assessments, researches potential solutions, and recommends learning approaches. Develops and updates training materials, including facilitator and learner guides. Executes learner evaluations, supports research into emerging learning trends, adheres to project governance, forecasts and tracks resources, and supports other large-scale initiatives.
Qualifications
University degree or expertise in adult education and learning principles, plus 2 years of relevant experience. Specialist in learning design and development, strong understanding of adult learning principles, proven subject matter knowledge, strong computer skills (MS Office), excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work effectively in project teams
