Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Lead equipment setups and changeovers to ensure maximum throughput on high-volume production lines.
- Precision Monitoring: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure every product meets "zero-defect" specifications.
- Proactive Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical bottlenecks quickly to minimize production downtime.
- Accuracy: Maintain clear, precise production logs, run-times, and output metrics.
- Safety First: Maintain a pristine workspace and champion a culture of safety and compliance.

Qualifications
- Proven Experience: A solid history working in fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfort navigating digital control panels, using hand tools, and performing mechanical adjustments.
- Physical Readiness: The ability to stand for full shifts and safely lift/move up to 50 lbs.
- Professionalism: You are known for being punctual, reliable, and a supportive team player.
