You will be joining a collaborative department of roughly 50 talented individuals across Reconciliation, Valuation, and Processing teams. This is a culture that prides itself on "positive vibes" and collective success. As a Middle-office OTC Derivatives Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity of alternative products and providing world-class reporting accuracy.

Responsibilities
As a Middle-office OTC Derivatives Analyst, your daily "day in the life" will involve:
• Performing day-to-day processing and analysis of Alternative products, specifically various Derivatives products.
• Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of reporting, accounting for performance and exposure analysis.
• Executing accounting functions, including updating the general ledger, reviewing Profit and Loss (P&L), and clearing reconciliation breaks.
• Monitoring net cash flows for various products and calculating Mark to Market (MTM) for all open positions.
• Posting data to respective reporting platforms and ensuring compliance with Trust Agreements and industry regulations.
• Collaborating with the team to provide assistance where needed and handling ad hoc requests from leadership.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
• Industry Experience: Proven background in Fund Accounting, Derivatives Administration, Fund of Funds, Hedge Funds, Pension Reporting, or Equity Funds.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong MS Office skills, specifically Advanced Excel (VBA/Macros).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a high level of English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Flexibility: Ability to work the scheduled shift of 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM.
• Technology: Must have a functional personal computer for remote work days.
Nice to Haves:
• Prior experience with W360 or Bloomberg Terminal.
• Working knowledge of GAAP.
• General Securities experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills or the desire to take on more responsibility.
