Position: Operations Officer II
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch break)
Location: Toronto (100% Onsite)

Responsibilities
Daily responsibilities include: creating and sending client letters; reviewing client communications; data entry (copying and pasting in Excel); opening mail, scanning, and saving documents; and maintaining accurate electronic files.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a College certification and 2+ years of relevant experience. Essential skills include strong attention to detail, excellent filing skills (electronic), proficiency in MS Office Suite, and strong written communication skills. Experience in back-office operations is a plus.
