Responsibilities
Manage sales of new heavy equipment
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, forecasts, and budgets
Collaborate with Operations to set quotas and monitor trends
Maintain CRM records and provide regular call reports
Support product launches and marketing initiatives
Represent the company at industry events and associations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, or related field
5–7 years’ experience in mining/industrial sales preferred
Strong sales and technical orientation
Proficient in CRM and sales software
Strong communication, decision-making, and organizational skills
Committed to safety and client satisfaction
