Responsibilities
• Execute full-cycle Ontario payroll processing accurately and within established timelines
• Manage year-end compliance tasks including the preparation, reconciliation, and filing of T4s
• Process Records of Employment (ROEs), benefits enrollment, and regular tax remittances
• Support the broader finance and payroll departments with variance analysis and reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional updates to maintain accurate digital employee data and payroll records
• Collaborate with regional teams to gradually learn, map, and document international payroll workflows
Qualifications
• 3 or more years of hands-on experience managing full-cycle Ontario payroll operations
• Active Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) certification, or active progression toward completing the designation
• Foundational knowledge of processing statutory documentation, including benefits administration, ROEs, T4s, and tax remittances
