détails d'emploi
We are seeking a versatile Account Lead & Project Manager to join a premier custom manufacturing firm in the Halton region. This is not a traditional "hunting" sales role; instead, you will act as the central nervous system for complex, large-scale custom projects. You will inherit a portfolio of established, high-profile institutional clients, managing the entire lifecycle from initial tender and design consultation through to manufacturing and final installation. This role requires a blend of strategic relationship management and rigorous technical project coordination.
...
Advantages
Unrivaled Mentorship: Work directly under a long-tenured industry leader known for investing in and growing their team.
High-Profile Portfolio: Manage multi-year contracts for some of Canada's most recognizable brands and institutions.
Stability & Growth: Join a growing organization that prioritizes internal advancement and long-term retention.
Comprehensive Benefits: Includes dental, extended health, life insurance, and on-site parking.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client expectations are met throughout long-term project cycles (3–12 months).
Coordinate between internal design, production, and installation teams to ensure custom manufactured products are delivered on spec and on time.
Critically evaluate project costing, prepare pricing, and present formal quotations/bids.
Conduct on-site visits (approx. 25% travel) to assess installation requirements and meet with stakeholders.
Manage project schedules and trackers, providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of Account Management experience within a tangible "build" environment (Construction, Custom Manufacturing, or Industrial Services).
Skillset: Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with various phases and stakeholders simultaneously.
Mindset: A "humble and confident" professional who is eager to learn a niche industry and build long-term relationships.
Logistics: Must possess a valid Driver’s License for site visits and be able to work on-site daily in Burlington.
Education: Post-secondary education is preferred.
Summary
This is a permanent, full-time career opportunity for a project-minded professional to manage high-value accounts within a specialized manufacturing sector. You will be supported by an expert team and a dedicated mentor while overseeing the delivery of custom, large-scale visual assets.
