Responsibilities
- Serving as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing excellent service, answering product questions, and resolving order-related issues.
- Managing essential administrative duties, including maintaining files, schedules, and appointments for the sales team.
- Maintaining and updating databases to ensure all contact, account, and order records are accurate.
- Monitoring, prioritizing, and tracking order status to provide timely updates to customers.
- Boosting sales operations efficiency, enabling the team to focus on strategic growth.
Qualifications
- You'll need proven experience in an administrative or sales support capacity, ideally having worked with a sales team or senior management.
- A genuine customer-first mindset is essential – you naturally anticipate needs and strive to exceed expectations.
- You possess a strong understanding of how your meticulous work directly supports broader business goals.
- Your decision-making and critical thinking skills are sharp; you can analyze situations, organize information, and arrive at productive solutions.
- You're an excellent communicator, both in writing and conversation, always conveying professionalism and clarity.
- Building and maintaining healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues comes naturally to you.
- You're capable of managing day-to-day account activities, providing seamless service and support to existing clients.
- A quick learner, you can rapidly grasp the features and benefits of various product lines.
You're proficient in standard office software and tools, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
