We are seeking a Business Analyst for a six-month contract position. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days of on-site work and two days remote. You will be responsible for leading and conducting business analysis to assess client problems, document requirements, and develop strategies for I&IT initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis to assess client problems and document business requirements.
- Develop strategies, prepare business cases, and conduct feasibility studies for I&IT initiatives.
- Conduct various types of modeling, including use case, data, and process flow modeling.
- Manage evolving requirements and ensure traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct gap analysis for vendor release upgrades.
- Act as a liaison between business clients and data providers.
- Document new requirements and complete analysis and design documents.
- Transfer skills and knowledge to designated staff.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years of experience leading and conducting business analysis.
- Proven experience developing strategies, preparing business cases, and conducting feasibility studies.
- Strong experience with business modeling, use case modeling, conceptual and logical data modeling, and process and data flow modeling.
- Ability to manage evolving requirements and traceability.
- Experience with preparing customer journey maps, process maps, gap analysis, and modeling future states.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working on large, complex projects.
- Knowledge of industry-standard project management methodologies.
