We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to provide dedicated delivery leadership for complex, cross-functional initiatives within a large enterprise environment. As a single point of accountability, you will oversee end-to-end execution, coordinate across diverse teams, and manage risks to ensure alignment with enterprise governance and business objectives. Rate: $56.38-$63.02/hr

Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership: Own the day-to-day management of assigned initiatives, ensuring full accountability for project execution and alignment with approved objectives.
Planning & Execution: Establish and maintain comprehensive delivery plans, schedules, and dependency tracking mechanisms.
Risk Management: Proactively identify, monitor, and mitigate delivery risks and issues; escalate concerns as necessary to ensure project continuity.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between IT teams, business partners, vendors, and senior leadership, fostering collaboration across all workstreams.
Governance & Reporting: Ensure all initiatives comply with enterprise delivery standards, stage-gating requirements, and internal reporting protocols.
Communication: Deliver regular status updates and strategic insights to senior leadership regarding project health, timelines, and decision points.
Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate structured transition planning and knowledge transfer to internal teams prior to the conclusion of the contract.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale or complex IT initiatives in enterprise environments.
Delivery Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead complex IT programs end-to-end, maintaining focus on accountability, timelines, and quality.
Governance: Solid understanding of IT delivery governance, stage gating, and enterprise standards.
Risk Management: Proven experience in proactively managing RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and navigating complex cross-team interdependencies.
Communication & Engagement: Excellent ability to influence, communicate, and report effectively at the executive level.
Technical Context: Strong understanding of infrastructure and/or digital delivery environments to support informed decision-making.
Soft Skills: Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and demonstrated success in cross-functional coordination.
