Public Sector Experience is Mandatory. This is a Hybrid role based in Toronto, requiring up to three days onsite per week.

Responsibilities
The Senior Project Control Officer will be responsible for:
- Project Coordination & Support: Providing assistance to project managers and the project team in coordinating, planning, communicating, and executing the delivery of core project components.
- Operational Management: Supporting the day-to-day operations for the delivery of dynamic and complex health workforce programs, managing multiple projects to support program evolution and optimization.
- Data Management & Reporting: Working with the program team and leadership to develop, document, and implement processes and standards for accurate and consistent data processing and document management. Demonstrating analytical skills to prepare and maintain spreadsheets, use databases, and produce accurate reports.
- Stakeholder Relations: Client/stakeholder support and relationship management, including liaising and collaborating with team members to optimize the stakeholder and client experience.
- Documentation & Monitoring: Developing project status reports, maintaining and monitoring status reporting logs, and monitoring the project document repository to ensure all documents are reviewed and maintained.
- Program Implementation: Supporting the effective launch and implementation of several Health Human Resources (HHR) incentive programs.
Qualifications
Must-Have Experience:
- 7+ years experience in non-profit, healthcare, and/or government sector (Public Sector Experience is Mandatory).
- 7+ years experience Client/stakeholder support and relationship management experience.
- 7+ years experience preparing and maintaining spreadsheets or databases.
- Master’s degree preferred or Undergraduate degree in an appropriate discipline (health, social sciences, political sciences, or another relevant field) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated analytical skills to prepare and maintain spreadsheets, use databases, and produce accurate reports.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to plan and organize work within set timelines and manage multiple projects/tasks in parallel.
Desired Skills (Assets):
- Experience working in a health human resources-related role (20% of score).
- Experience with Salesforce (or similar) CRM System (20% of score).
- Experience collaborating with various groups to gather updates and maintaining project budgeting, progress reporting, and risk management updates.
