We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Control Officer to assist Managers, Project Managers, and project teams in coordinating, planning, communicating, and executing critical enterprise project deliverables. In this role, you will maintain project work plans, oversee tracking logs, manage executive dashboards, and coordinate risk and issue management workflows. Working across multi-disciplinary teams and legacy system environments, you will ensure seamless documentation governance, accurate status reporting, and effective project controls throughout the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Support: Assist Managers and Project Managers in coordinating, planning, and tracking core project deliverables across various stages of execution.
Status Reporting & Analytics: Develop comprehensive project status reports, build executive summaries, and maintain centralized status reporting logs.
Risk & Issue Governance: Track, log, and escalate project risks, action items, and issues, facilitating process workflows from ticketing to resolution.
Document Repository Management: Monitor and maintain central project document repositories, ensuring all project artifacts are reviewed, updated, and governed according to standards.
Work Plan & Financial Tracking: Track project work plans, budgets, financial updates, and progress metrics across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Meeting Facilitation & Scheduling: Organize, schedule, and facilitate project meetings with key stakeholders to gather updates, resolve issues, and ensure project alignment.
Qualifications
Project Coordination Seniority: 7 to 10 years of dedicated experience coordinating complex IT and business projects (Strictly Required).
Project Manager & Management Collaboration: Proven experience working directly alongside Managers and Project Managers to provide status updates, escalate risks/issues, and lead project document deliverables (Strictly Required).
Status Reporting & Logs: Hands-on experience developing project status reports, maintaining status reporting logs, and creating executive dashboards (Strictly Required).
Project Management Software Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Planview, or similar platforms (Strictly Required).
Core PM Concepts & SDLC Understanding: Strong understanding of foundational project management concepts (scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality management) across Waterfall and Agile delivery frameworks (Strictly Required).
Soft Skills: Outstanding analytical, organizational, meeting facilitation, and communication skills to engage effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
Professional experience supporting project initiatives in mainframe or legacy system environments.
Practical familiarity with Scrum or Agile methodologies.
