We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Solutions Developer to lead the technical enhancement of integrated CRM and Enterprise Work Management Systems (EWMS). In this role, you will build advanced capabilities for real-time information sharing, optimize omni-channel service engagements, and drive data-driven decision-making through sophisticated reporting and analytics. Pay Rate: $66.4- $73.08/Hr

Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize the interface between the CRM and Work Management Systems to enable seamless electronic communication and service request transfers between departments.
- Enhance service engagement tools to improve the user experience and reduce operational costs through streamlined digital channels.
- Implement skill-based routing to ensure cases are directed to the appropriate agents, improving resolution efficiency.
- Leverage advanced analytics tools to provide proactive service delivery insights and demonstrate organizational value through data.
- Optimize the Knowledge Base to ensure accurate information sharing across the organization and with public-facing contact centers.
- Design and maintain custom components including Apex classes, LWC, Aura components, and Flows to meet emerging program needs.
Qualifications
- Active status as a Salesforce Platform Developer or Platform App Builder.
- 5+ years of experience with Visualforce, Apex, Web Services, APIs, and AppExchange deployments.
- 5+ years of experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using tools like Apache Nifi, Kafka, or RabbitMQ, with a deep understanding of integration patterns.
- 5+ years of experience implementing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Analytics Cloud (Tableau CRM/Einstein).
- 5+ years of experience building and integrating Salesforce native or hybrid mobile applications.
- Over 10 years of experience in large-scale project/program management, including at least 5 years specifically delivering technical or cyber-related projects.
- Proven ability to lead governance, planning, and financial control within agile, waterfall, or iterative environments.
- Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders and support teams during high-volume workloads.
