We are hiring a Senior SAP SD Functional Consultant to join the Supply Chain/Omni Channel team, focusing on Order Management within the retail industry. Provide functional and technical support for SAP SD and MM modules
Troubleshoot production issues and resolve service desk tickets
Configure and enhance SAP/IS Retail systems for mid-sized projects
Gather business requirements and support solution design
Coordinate UAT, training, and rollout plans
Interface with business stakeholders and IT teams
Be available for critical issue resolution when needed
Qualifications
5+ years of SAP SD experience, including IS Retail
Strong understanding of sales and procurement processes
Experience with ABAP debugging and Agile methodology
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Retail industry experience preferred
Nice-to-have: SAP S/4HANA SD or SAP Activate certification.
