We are seeking a highly experienced Back-End Software Developer with a strong background in Java Enterprise and Cloud-Native application development. The ideal candidate will be adept at designing and building robust, scalable solutions and will play a key role in the full software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities
- Work with various stakeholders to translate requirements into detailed application designs and technical specifications.
- Create object-oriented models in UML and other design artifacts.
- Support the full Quality Assurance and Defect Management process, including unit, automated, penetration, and user testing.
- Develop, enhance, and renew web applications using modern, cloud-native architectures like Microservices and APIs.
- Provide critical application support, including incident investigation, troubleshooting, and maintenance for complex production systems.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including Method of Procedure documents for production releases.
- Collaborate with and provide technical consultative support to other team members.
Qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience developing n-tier enterprise applications using Java Enterprise technologies.
- Extensive experience with Oracle and SQL programming, including stored procedures.
- Strong background in Cloud-Native application design, with knowledge of Azure App Service.
- Expertise in Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
- Experience with JSON and other modern data interchange formats.
- Over 15 years of experience with Object-Oriented Analysis & Design (UML) and structured methodologies.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like React is preferred.
- Experience with Agile and DevOps Continuous Delivery/Continuous Integration methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
