Responsibilities
Advanced Development: Lead the technical design and configuration of Siebel Business Layer objects, including Assignment Manager, Business Rules, Workflow, Applets, and Views.
Complex Integration: Design and implement robust integration patterns between Siebel and external platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and J2EE environments.
Data Management: Architect and manage large-scale data migrations and interfaces using Siebel EIM (Enterprise Integration Manager) and EAI (Enterprise Application Integration).
Modern UI Customization: Utilize Siebel Open UI architecture (Physical Model/Presentation Model) to deliver high-quality user experiences, incorporating HTML5, CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript.
Technical Troubleshooting: Act as a tier-3 support resource to resolve and troubleshoot deep-seated technical problems within the CRM environment.
Reporting & Analytics: Develop and test reporting solutions using OBIEE and PowerBI to provide business insights.
Public Sector Alignment: Ensure all solutions meet AODA compliance standards and align with public sector enterprise architecture.
Qualifications
Mandatory Technical Skills
Siebel Tenure: 10+ years of hands-on technical configuration, design, development, and integration experience.
Integration Expertise: 5+ years of experience integrating Siebel with Adobe AEM and J2EE.
Enterprise Integration: 5+ years of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI.
Modern Siebel Stack: 3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18+ focusing on Open UI specific classes, methods, and OOTB file structures.
Certification: Demonstrated possession of Siebel 8.x or above certification.
Technical Stack
Siebel Tools: Expert proficiency in Siebel Tools and editing Siebel Web Templates.
Web Technologies: Experience in HTML5, CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
Reporting Tools: Hands-on experience with OBIEE and PowerBI development and testing.
UI Integration: Experience embedding external applications in Siebel and exposing Siebel in external applications.
Nice to Have (Public Sector Experience)
Experience with Public Sector CRM modules, Contracts, Lead Management, and Public Sector Partner Portals.
Knowledge of Transfer Payments processes within a government context.
