Our client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Employee Center Pro (EC Pro) Developer with 5+ years of hands-on platform experience and a strong background in building enterprise portals. In this role, you will design and develop personalized intranet experiences using UI Builder, scripts, flows, and scoped applications, while delivering seamless integrations with Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Power BI, and Viva Engage. You will also support platform operations, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions. Responsibilities
•Design and configure ServiceNow Employee Center Pro (EC Pro) pages, topics, and navigation
•Build UI Builder components, scripts, flows, and scoped applications
•Develop personalized intranet experiences and reusable components
•Integrate Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Power BI, Viva Engage)
•Implement and manage API and enterprise integrations
•Troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and provide L3 support
•Support releases, upgrades, and platform health checks
•Produce and maintain technical documentation
•Contribute to solution design, estimates, and architecture alignment
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions
Qualifications
•5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
•2+ years with Employee Center / Employee Center Pro or enterprise portals
•Strong skills in ServiceNow configuration and development (JavaScript, Flow Designer, UI Builder)
•ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, Employee Experience)
•Experience with Microsoft 365 integrations (SharePoint, Power BI, Viva Engage)
•Knowledge of REST APIs and ServiceNow integrations (e.g., IntegrationHub)
•Troubleshooting, incident support, and upgrade-safe development practices
•Strong documentation and collaboration skills
•Ability to work on-site (Ottawa, Montreal, or Vancouver) at least 2 days/week
