Our leading financial services client is seeking a seasoned Lead QA Consultant (TSYS & Credit Cards) to join their team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end quality assurance lifecycle for critical payment and credit card initiatives. Responsibilities
End-to-End QA Ownership: Lead QA planning, execution, defect management, and formal sign-offs for complex TSYS projects.
Defect & Issue Management: Drive defect triage sessions, perform thorough root cause analysis, and push for timely issue resolution.
Vendor & Business Alignment: Work closely with external vendors and key business partners to align testing efforts with business goals.
Standards & Compliance: Enforce QA standards, maintain comprehensive test documentation, and ensure strict compliance with internal policies and financial regulatory guidelines.
Innovation & Quality: Identify key opportunities for test automation and process enhancements to continuously improve efficiency and software quality.
Qualifications
Must-Have Experience:
- Core TSYS Expertise: Strong, hands-on experience with TSYS, specifically TS2 green screen data conditioning and TSYS rewards modules.
- Pricing & Interest Projects: Proven track record leading TSYS projects involving disclosure group changes, fee updates, and pricing modifications.
- Product Launches: Prior hands-on experience leading end-to-end QA for brand-new credit card product launches.
- Payments & Digital Tech: In-depth knowledge of payment systems, card generation, statement generation, customer communications/letters, digital wallets, and tokenization.
- Decision Management: Familiarity with FICO TRIAD Customer Manager.
- Automation: Practical, hands-on QA automation experience demonstrated in your project history.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
Mandatory Skills:
- QA: Hands-on Automation Testing experience.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Hands-on FICO TRIAD experience.
- Mainframe file handling experience.
