Direct Material Velocity: Control the intake and dispatch of goods, moving inventory through the yard with a focus on damage-free efficiency.
Fulfill Mission-Critical Orders: Execute high-speed picking and staging of materials to meet client deadlines with 100% accuracy.
Act as a Professional Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer pickups, ensuring they receive the exact specifications needed for their projects.
Master Heavy Machinery: Navigate the facility with expert-level forklift maneuvers, prioritizing spatial awareness and equipment longevity.
Audit Yard Safety: Maintain a world-class workspace by strictly enforcing provincial safety codes and proactively eliminating site hazards.
Who You Are
The Verified Operator: You possess current Forklift Certification and have established your expertise in demanding yard or distribution settings.
The Dependable Anchor: You are ready to lock in a Monday–Friday schedule (within the 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM window) and are willing to support the team with overtime during peak periods.
The All-Weather Professional: You enjoy the dynamics of an outdoor environment and have a reliable method for reaching various worksites throughout Calgary.
The Safety Strategist: You don’t just follow rules; you actively look for ways to make the job site safer for everyone on the crew.
The Brand Ambassador: You bring a helpful, professional attitude to every customer interaction, understanding that you represent the company’s reputation on the front lines
