linical stakeholders and project teams, the Clinical Business Analyst will lead requirements gathering, gap analysis, design, and validation of clinical content within the CIS. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with strong clinical systems experience to contribute to the modernization and standardization of patient care delivery at scale.

Responsibilities
•Gather and define clinical, business, and system requirements
•Develop and standardize order sets, documentation, and clinical workflows
•Conduct gap analysis between current and future state practices
•Facilitate stakeholder and clinical engagement sessions
•Build, validate, and test clinical content within the CIS
•Create design, workflow, and process documentation
•Collaborate with clinical experts and project teams to support implementation and adoption
Qualifications
•Experience as a Clinical Business Analyst supporting health information systems or CIS/EHR implementations
•Strong knowledge of clinical workflows, order sets, and bedside care processes
•Experience working with physicians, nurses, and other regulated health professionals
•Proven ability to gather and document business and system requirements
•Experience conducting gap analysis and developing future state workflows
•Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
•Ability to translate clinical needs into standardized, system ready content
•Experience building, validating, or testing clinical content within a CIS or EHR
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
