Responsibilities
Plan Interpretation: Read and follow production tickets, blueprints, and labels accurately.
Assembly & Quality Control: Assemble product components and inspect finished parts to meet quality standards.
Precision Glass Cutting: Safely operate manual tools and automated cutting machinery to measure and trim glass.
Physical Handling: Comfortably lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs throughout your shift.
Team Collaboration: Work efficiently alongside teammates to meet daily production deadlines and maintain a safe workspace.
Qualifications
Glass Handling Expertise: Prior experience with glass cutting techniques, safe handling practices, and specialized equipment.
Physical Capability: Ability to stand and walk for full 8-hour shifts, perform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, and operate standard hand and power tools.
Core Aptitude: Proven ability to listen, follow instructions closely, and maintain strong verbal communication skills.
Work Ethic: Positive mindset with the versatility to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team.
