Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of MSSP transition programs, including SOC services and threat intelligence.
• Coordinate all service transition activities to ensure seamless vendor onboarding and strict adherence to contractual obligations.
• Manage transition governance, tracking risks, resolving escalations, and consolidating technical documentation.
• Collaborate with internal Cybersecurity teams and vendor Project Managers to align scheduling, priorities, and knowledge transfer.
• Validate operational handover criteria, including runbooks, incident handling workflows, and reporting dashboards.
• Monitor and audit contractual deliverables to ensure compliance with agreed service levels and security standards.
• Partner with leadership to ensure alignment with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CIS) and regulatory requirements throughout the lifecycle.
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of IT Project Management experience with a valid PMP certification or related credential.
• Proven success managing at least two projects involving cybersecurity services or vendor transitions.
• Strong technical knowledge of Managed Security Services Providers (MSSP), SOC services, SIEM, and security event monitoring.
• Demonstrated skilled experience in executive reporting, stakeholder communication, and managing complex vendor relationships.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity compliance requirements
