Location: Newmarket & Aurora, ON (In-Office)
Compensation: $18.00 – $20.00 / hour (Depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (5 days per week)
Position Type: Future Contract Opportunities
Responsibilities
- Work in a fast-paced office environment, putting that sharp attention to detail to use
- Lifting up to 50lbs during filing and organization of documents
- Scanning documents into the system and working independently on a repetitive task
- Using metering and inserting machines
- Collating documents
- Coding and distributing inbound documents
- Helping out other departments as and when needed based on work volumes
Qualifications
- Team player with a great attitude
- Experience in a professional, corporate setting
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks
- Trustworthy
- Ability to logically and efficiently organize information
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and willingness to step in and assist where needed
- Ability to pass a criminal and credit check (REQUIRED)
