Role Overview: In these roles, you will be responsible for the precise assembly of essential components, ensuring all products meet high-quality standards. These positions are designed as contract-to-permanent pathways, offering a clear route to becoming a permanent internal employee with our premier clients.
What We Offer:
Location: Milton, ON.
Salary: $18.00 – $21.00/hr (Based on experience and specific role).
Schedule: Consistent Monday to Friday shifts.

Responsibilities
Use hand and power tools to assemble essential components with precision and accuracy.
Conduct regular quality checks on finished parts to identify and report any defects.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure a safe and efficient workflow.
Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output goals and deadlines.
Assist with basic troubleshooting and adjustments during the assembly process.
Document completed tasks and inventory usage through basic digital or paper logs.
Participate in safety training and follow all workplace protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment.
Qualifications
At least one year of experience in assembly, production, or a general labor environment.
Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring instruments.
Ability to follow simple assembly diagrams, checklists, or verbal instructions.
High attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met on every part.
A strong commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
Reliability and a desire to grow within a long-term production team.
