Location: Calgary Alberta
Payrate: $18/h
Shift Time: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Advantages

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
Provide information about products and services, take orders, and gather details related to customer concerns or complaints
Review and assess customer complaints to determine causes and appropriate resolutions
Explain service charges and billing inquiries clearly to customers
Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using internal computer systems
Escalate unresolved concerns to the appropriate department for further review
Transfer calls to the correct staff member when needed
Follow up with customers on open inquiries, claims, or resolutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, actions taken, and outcomes
Verify that solutions have been implemented and customer issues are resolved
Monitor and report trends in customer calls to the supervisor
Suggest process improvements to enhance customer service efficiency
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Requirements:
2–3 years of customer service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to take initiative and work collaboratively in a team environment
