Support oversight and actively participate in the daily data entry process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Monitor and support pharmacy assistants, providing guidance on typing and workflow management.
Supervise the general pharmacy workflow to maintain high standards of patient safety and service.
Support management of front-end operations and step to the counter to handle patient interactions when required.
Perform clinical services including routine vaccinations and standard pharmacy consultations.
Ensure the seamless integration of back-of-pharmacy/production area oversight with front-end patient care.
Maintain a dependable presence to support the pharmacy's growth and operational consistency.
