Schedule: Monday – Friday -9-5 Onsite

Duration: April 2026 – October 2027 (18 Months)

• Support the financial backbone of the office by processing check deposits, preparing sensitive documentation, and managing professional correspondence.
• Take the lead on meeting logistics, facility booking, and catering to keep our large team moving efficiently.
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality while managing reports, invoices, and expense files.
Qualifications
• You have 2–4 years of experience in a professional office environment (Financial or Banking experience is a major asset).
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• You thrive in structured environments and take pride in being highly reliable and detail oriented.
• You possess the verbal and written communication skills necessary to interact with high-profile clients and senior leadership.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.to pivot priorities in a fast-paced environment.
