This is a active, hands-on role in a manufacturing shop environment that is hot and dusty. The job requires standing for extended periods and performing repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift. We offer a welcoming, supportive team dynamic with a diverse mix of experienced and new team members. Personal protective equipment like safety glasses and hearing protection will be provided on-site, though candidates must bring their own steel-toe safety boots.

Responsibilities
xMachine Operation & Production
Operators are responsible for starting, loading, monitoring, and unloading equipment throughout the shift. This includes watching for machine errors, making basic adjustments as needed, and safely removing finished parts. Once produced, items are carefully inspected visually and dimensionally to ensure they meet quality standards before being packed and logged according to shop procedures.
Safety, Quality & Maintenance
Daily duties require conducting basic safety and maintenance checks on machinery prior to starting work. Operators are expected to follow established health and safety policies, accurately log daily production metrics and inspection charts, and maintain an organized, hazard-free workstation using standard workplace cleanliness practices.
Teamwork & Continuous Improvement
Team members work collaboratively to meet daily targets, assist with onboarding or training new colleagues, and support other operational areas when assigned. Clear communication with supervisors—especially regarding equipment issues or quality defects—is essential, and team members are encouraged to share ideas for improving efficiency and safety across the facility.
Qualifications
Experience: preferably experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
High reliability, strong communication, and a safety-first mindset. We appreciate team players who aren't afraid to ask questions when unsure.
Ability to stand for long periods and work comfortably in a hot environment. Having a car and flexibility to work across different shifts is a strong asset.
