Responsibilities
System Assembly: Lead the fabrication of sophisticated jacketed piping utilizing P&ID and GA drawings.
Advanced Fabrication: Execute threading, complex beveling, and custom rework on high-value alloys.
Integrity Expert: Act as the lead for all critical bolt-up sequences and pressure testing protocols.
Skid Integration: Install high-precision valves, instrumentation, and structural support components.
Qualifications
Flange Authority: Expert-level knowledge of multi-bolt patterns and high-pressure sealing surfaces.
Testing Proficiency: Demonstrated success in performing both hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure tests.
Component Intuition: You must possess "instant recall" for stud and gasket sizing across various classes.
Victaulic Mastery: Deep understanding of Victaulic gasket seating, lubrication, and housing alignment.
Torque Discipline: Proven ability to follow strict torque patterns to ensure leak-free, first-time success.
Certification: Must be a currently registered 3rd Year Pipefitter Apprentice.
