As the facility is located in an industrial area of St. Thomas, Ontario without direct access to public transit, having a reliable means of transportation is required. This position is located in southwestern Ontario and requires proficiency in English only to ensure clear communication of safety protocols and daily operational instructions on the shop floor.

Responsibilities
• Maintain overall cleanliness of the facility by sweeping, dusting, and organizing workspaces.
• Sort materials, tools, and inventory to ensure an efficient flow within the manufacturing & logistics environment.
• Assist other General Labour team members and skilled tradespeople with various manual tasks as needed.
• Participate in seasonal outdoor cleanup projects around the facility, especially during the spring season.
• Dispose of waste and recyclable materials safely and according to company recycling guidelines.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Qualifications
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout a full day shift.
• Excellent teamwork skills and a helpful attitude when assisting other General Labour workers.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure the shop floor remains spotless and free of hazards.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision once tasks are assigned.
• Reliable time-management skills to complete daily cleaning routines efficiently.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English to understand safety instructions and daily checklists.
• Reliable personal transportation to St. Thomas, Ontario, as the location is not accessible by public bus routes.
• Prior experience in a General Labour, cleaning, helper, or warehouse role is an asset but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Must possess steel-toed safety boots (CSA approved).
• A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward manual workplace duties.
