Pay Rate: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
Schedule: Continental Shifts (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM & 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM)

Responsibilities
Setup mills and lathes by installing and adjusting three (3) and four (4) jaw chucks, tools, attachments, collets, bushings, cams, gears, stops, and stock pushers, indicating vices, trimming the heads
Maintains safe operations at all times and ensure all regulatory and company QHSE standards and practices are adhered to
Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, specifications, location of surfaces, and machining parameters, interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances
Loads machine by lifting stock into position
Maintains specifications by observing machine operations, detecting malfunctions and trouble shooting processes.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of machinist experience, strictly requiring 2-3 years of direct experience with CNC Mill and/or Lathe setup
Strong working knowledge of Okuma G-Code and Fanuc Operational systems, alongside a comprehensive understanding of machine tooling
100% proficiency in operating and interpreting precision measuring tools (OD/ID micrometers, height gages, thread wires, etc.) with minimal supervision
Must be a team player capable of working punctually in a fast-paced environment
