Responsibilities
- Execute & Monitor: Set up and oversee industrial machinery to ensure peak production efficiency.
- Quality Control: Act as the first line of defense in maintaining high manufacturing standards.
- Agile Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve minor mechanical issues to prevent downtime.
- Data Accuracy: Keep a precise record of production metrics, run-times, and output totals.
- Safety First: Uphold a pristine and secure workspace by adhering to all safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: A proven track record operating machinery in a warehouse or plant environment.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfort working with digital interfaces, hand tools, and mechanical components.
- Physical Capability: Ability to remain active for the duration of a shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Dependability: A "team-first" attitude and a reputation for showing up on time and ready to work.
