We aren’t looking for a "driver"—we’re looking for a warehouse tactician. You will be the heartbeat of our facility, ensuring our production lines never skip a beat through surgical material movement and proactive workflow management.
Key Responsibilities:
High-Stakes Maneuvering: Expertly load, unload, and stack materials with zero-error precision in high-density areas.
Operational Flow: Keep the facility’s "pulse" steady by strategically staging production lines and optimizing storage.
Safety Leadership: Champion a "Zero-Incident" culture through rigorous inspections and a proactive eye for hazard mitigation.
Equipment Stewardship: Maintain technical respect for your machine, following maintenance protocols to ensure peak performance.
Operational Endurance: The physical readiness to remain active and focused in a fast-moving, hands-on warehouse environment.

Full-time hours, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
Safe and efficient operation of all assigned forklift equipment
Loading and unloading trailers
Moving pallets and products throughout the warehouse
Staging, wrapping, and organizing inventory
Supporting shipping and receiving tasks
Maintaining clean and safe work areas
Communicating clearly with supervisors and team members
Qualifications
Operator Experience: A minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience operating a Forklift.
Current Certification: Must hold a valid forklift license (Reach, Dock Stocker, SDCB, or Walkie).
Dynamic Pace: Proven ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced distribution environment.
Reliable Performance: A strong track record of consistent attendance and workplace dependability.
Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required to support warehouse operations.
Have reliable personal transportation (a car), as many sites are not serviced by public transit.
