Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities to ensure smooth manufacturing operations
- Oversee assembly line processes, ensuring products meet quality standards and production targets are achieved
- Manage and support team members, providing training and guidance on the use of hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other equipment
- Enforce safety protocols rigorously to maintain a safe working environment for all staff
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and workstations to identify mechanical issues or potential hazards
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to address mechanical problems promptly and minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate records of production output, safety incidents, and equipment maintenance logs
Qualifications
- Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility with hands-on knowledge of assembly lines and factory operations
-HACCP skills and knowledge of food production
- Skills in Food Handling Safety, Sanitation and Hygiene
- Strong familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques used in manufacturing environments
- Prior warehouse experience is advantageous for understanding logistics flow within the facility
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and promote a safety-first culture
- Effective communication skills to coordinate across departments and ensure clarity in instructions
