We are seeking a high-impact Senior Technical Talent Advisor to join our team in Markham. This is not just a high-volume execution role; we are looking for a recruitment partner who acts as a strategic consultant to the business. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier software engineering and technical talent while providing data-driven insights to our leadership team.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership: Act as a consultant to leadership and hiring managers, advising on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability within the software sector.
End-to-End Ownership: Drive the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from initial intake meetings to complex offer negotiations.
Passive Sourcing & Marketing: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to engage "top 10%" passive talent who aren't on the job boards.
Process Optimization: Audit and improve the candidate lifecycle, ensuring a high-touch, professional experience that reflects our brand.
Lifecycle Management: Draft compelling job descriptions, coordinate multi-stage interview loops, and facilitate post-interview debriefs to ensure objective hiring decisions.
Onboarding Integration: Partner with HR to ensure a seamless transition from "Candidate" to "Employee," initiating a successful onboarding journey.
Qualifications
Software Industry Expertise: A proven track record of recruiting for complex technical roles (Software Engineers, Architects, DevOps, etc.) is essential.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with at least 3 years focused exclusively on the technical/software space.
Advisor Mindset: You are comfortable challenging the status quo and providing feedback to hiring managers to ensure the best hiring outcomes.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and data tracking.
Compliance & Best Practices: A deep understanding of recruitment ethics, employment standards, and "best-in-class" hiring methodologies.
Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills, a high sense of urgency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
