Counterbalance and Reach truck operator

Day Shift: $22/hour + 4% vacation pay added to weekly pay

Night Shift: $22.50/hour + 4% vacation pay added to weekly pay

Randstad is recruiting on behalf of our client, a top warehouse serving the oil & gas sector. We are seeking a reliable, safety-conscious Warehouse Associate with hands-on experience operating both sit-down counterbalance forklifts and reach trucks.

📆 Project Duration: Approx. January 16 – early March

Responsibilities
Operate Reach Truck and sit-down Counterbalance Forklift to safely move materials and fulfill orders

Utilize warehouse management systems for data entry, inventory tracking, and shipping/receiving records

Load, unload, transport, and store materials efficiently while following safety procedures

Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals and maintain a tidy, organized warehouse environment

Qualifications
1–3 years of practical experience operating Reach Trucks and Counterbalance Forklifts ***

Valid certifications for both sit-down and counterbalance forklifts ***

Demonstrated ability to operate both types of equipment safely and efficiently

Must successfully complete a Drug & Alcohol test and Criminal Record Check

Able to lift up to 50 lbs as required

Must pass a Criminal Background Check
