• Documentation & Reporting:
o Project Plan/Schedule Updates: Regularly updated timelines to reflect progress.
o Status Reports: Weekly or monthly updates for stakeholders.
o Meeting Minutes & Agendas: Documented meeting outcomes, decisions, and action items.
o Risk/Issue Logs: Updated logs tracking potential and current blockers.
o Document Control: Maintained project documentation, contracts, and invoices.
• Operational & Administrative Support:
o Resource Allocation Updates: Tracking team member availability and equipment usage.
o Workflow Management: Ensuring team members understand and meet deadlines.
o Vendor/Clien Liaison: Coordinated communication and documentation.
• Logistics & Coordination:
o Meeting Organization: Scheduling and setting up meetings.
o Onboarding/Training: Coordinating onboarding for new team members or project training sessions
Qualifications
Must Haves:
· Experience in coordination of IT projects in all stages of project life cycle as per the project charter, scope management plan, risk management plan, issue management process, financial management plan, and scheduling plan.
· Experience preparing or drafting project management plans and documents (e.g. statement of work, project charter, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), risk management plan, scope document, resource plan, project schedule, Options analysis, financial documents and Request for Information/Request for Quotation/Request for Proposal (RFI/RFQ/RFP).
· Experience working in a shared project management environment using collaborative project management tools and such as Microsoft Enterprise Project Management (EPM) is an asset.

· Project management professional designation such as CAPM (Certified associate in project management) or Project Management Professional (PMP) would be an asset
