In this strategic short-term consulting role, you will play a crucial part in modernizing and organizing a decade’s worth of operability, reliability, and configuration documentation for enterprise-grade eMessaging and digital communication platforms. Serving millions of users and internal colleagues, these mission-critical systems rely on robust operational standards, audit readiness, and seamless environment configurations across Production, Staging, and Test/Development zones. Working closely with internal and external auditors, process specialists, and technical subject matter experts (SMEs), you will audit, organize, and structure this deep repository of technical artifacts to ensure continuous compliance, eliminate operational gaps, and elevate platform reliability.
Duration: 3-Month Contract (July 20, 2026 – October 30, 2026; extension potential)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days per week on-site at the corporate office, 3 days work from home)

Responsibilities
Documentation & Artifact Governance: Review, organize, and restructure a vast 10-year repository of operability, reliability, and environment configuration artifacts spanning Production, Build/Staging, and Development environments.
Audit & Standards Alignment: Partner with Internal and External Audit teams, Operational Standards specialists, and technical SMEs to identify gaps between documented processes and active technical implementations.
Process Analysis & Remediation: Critically analyze legacy workflows, challenge existing operational practices, and propose actionable frameworks to resolve documentation and process discrepancies.
Stakeholder Facilitation & Reporting: Build and maintain strong working relationships across multiple technical pods, preparing and presenting clear reports, project plans, and structured proposals to engineering peers and leadership.
Lifecycle Support Collaboration: Support 2nd-level infrastructure and platform operations teams by ensuring configuration standards are easily discoverable, accurate, and audit-ready.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of progressive professional experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst (BSA), or Technical Process Analyst in large enterprise IT environments.
Domain Experience: 3+ years of direct experience or solid background working within enterprise eMessaging / eMail platforms or related messaging infrastructure ecosystems.
Tooling Proficiency: Deep familiarity with Microsoft enterprise products, collaboration tools, and documentation platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, MS Office Suite).
Soft Skills & Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; a self-starter who exhibits strong interpersonal confidence, with the proven ability to respectfully push back, challenge assumptions, and manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
Adaptability: Comfortable navigating fluctuating workloads and dynamic project activity levels while maintaining rigorous attention to detail.
Nice-to-Have Skills & Assets
Practical experience creating, reviewing, or organizing formal technical system documentation and architecture runbooks.
Prior experience operating within the Financial Services or banking industry, particularly alongside audit and regulatory compliance teams.
