Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the full spectrum of fund operational and accounting tasks, including:
•Reconciliation: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly Cash and Portfolio reconciliation to identify and resolve discrepancies.
•Trade Management: Execute Trade processing and ensure strict trade confirmation validation.
•Income & Data Processing: Manage Income processing (e.g., dividends, interest) and facilitate data capture and download to workflow spreadsheets.
•Valuation & Analysis: Complete Daily Valuation and analysis of fund holdings.
•Control & Reporting: Investigate and document exceptions generated from controls, adding detailed comments for senior sign-off and release.
•External Delivery: Coordinate Price delivery to media and transfer agents and assist with mandated External Reporting.


Qualifications
Must-Haves (Dealbreakers)
•Experience: 1-3 years of experience with accounting entries and data analysis within the financial industry.
•Education/Enrollment: Must have an Accounting and Finance certification OR be actively enrolled in the CPA or CFA designation programs.
•Technology: Strong general knowledge of Excel.
Nice-to-Haves
•Prior experience using financial applications such as Mpower GL, pControl, and TLM reconciliation applications. (Specific training on these platforms will be provided).
