Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Responsibilities
Working alongside seasoned pros, you will master:
Precision Welding: FCAW/MCAW in the flat position.
Structural Projects: Beams, tower sections, and tacking sections.
Specialized Techniques: Standoff welding and working with custom jigs.
Safety Excellence: Maintaining a sharp, safety-first mindset every single shift.
Qualifications
Status: Registered 1st or 2nd Year Apprentice.
Experience: At least 100 hours logged in your Bluebook.
Skills: Solid foundational experience with FCAW or MCAW.
Reliability: You show up on time, ready to work, and eager to learn.
Bonus Points: CWB Certification is a plus (but not required!).
