Responsibilities
MIG & Structural Mastery: Master high-heat MIG (GMAW) alongside FCAW/MCAW on beams and tower sections.
Precision Tacking: Work with custom jigs and specialized standoff welding.
Safety First: Maintain a pro-level safety mindset in a fast-paced shop.
Qualifications
Status: Registered 1st or 2nd Year Apprentice.
Experience: Proven MIG/FCAW experience and 100+ Bluebook hours logged.
Reliability: A "shop-first" attitude and a hunger to learn from the best.
Bonus: CWB Certification is a major asset.
