Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Get in, get it done, enjoy your evening).
Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM.

Responsibilities
You won't just be a helper; you’ll be in the mix with seasoned pros. You will develop expertise in:
Precision Flux-Core: Master FCAW/MCAW (Flat Position) on heavy-duty projects.
Major Builds: Fabricate beams, tower sections, and custom structural components.
Custom Fabrication: Work with specialized jigs and standoff welding techniques.
Shop Safety: Learn the gold standard of safety-first production.
Qualifications
Registered Apprentice: Currently in your 1st or 2nd year.
The Proof: At least 100 hours logged in your Bluebook.
The Skills: Foundations in FCAW or MCAW.
The Attitude: You’re reliable, punctual, and have a "sponge" mindset for learning.
Bonus: Got your CWB Certification? You’re at the top of our list.
